How it is built

Drawing review

Application, gauge and sheet size checked against weave or hole pattern.

Weaving / punching

Titanium wire is woven or sheet is slit, expanded or punched to the gauge specified.

Cutting & forming

Sheet is cut to size and, where needed, formed to the basket or screen profile.

Check & dispatch

Gauge and dimensional check, roll or crate. Material certificate travels with the batch.

Nickel, chrome, zinc and anodising tanks held inside their temperature window through the shift.

Chemical & acid circulation

Pickling, etching and acid storage duty where the bath itself is the aggressive medium.

Pharma & biotech
